Officially 22 year old lady very soon so here I am to review some habits and changes that I would like to adjust in the coming year. Changes are always good, to keep myself enticed, as long as it is in a right direction.

First. Make a pact of myself to read sth that isn't work nor exams oriented each day. Language is powerful. and books deliver many messages and scenarios that help u travel in ur mind. After all, the sky is the limit with the book on ur lap :)

Second. Am trying to adopt the habits of healthy eater whether it is to sharpen my memory, improve my health, stabilize my mood, or boost my energy level. Choosing a healthy diet does not mean we have to be unrealistically thin nor depriving ourselves. Exercise. Being active and staying in shape boosts our mood. Physical fitness is a lifelong commitment and doing ourselves a lifelong favour too :)

Third. Be a kid again. Still remember the days when we couldn't wait to go outside and explore the great big world ? Hide and seek in the back yard. Explore local woodlands for private buried treasure. There is an air of excitement and mystery of unknown. Even though we are not likely to engage in hide and seek as adult, being outside still hold the magic for our souls I believe, reminding me that the world outside is bigger than the wall surrounding us.

ps. Get myself a book from the bookstore last afternoon !

ps. Why do girls tend to carry around emotional baggage? I think the simple answer to this question is that girls tend to be more emotional than men, period. We are more in touch with our emotions, we are more intuitive about other ppl's emotions, and we are more affected by emotions whether they are our own or someone else's. It's all part of our natural built in characteristics as nurturers and social creatures. Okay we just cant be good if we aren't adept at reading, interpreting and using emotions in everyday life.
