Q3 2010 AE team building

Irrepressible. Irresistible. Its Assembly Engineering team quarter team building. So bunch of us get out of the floor, shower ourselves with blissful sunshine, and build the solid connection :) The activities just heat up our days in a surprising but pleasurable way. petty days

I am always skilled at living in the moment. Life is simple and contented as time goes by. and I am turning an eye open towards future plan as well. Reading some favorite person’s biography are enjoyable. Their personal inspiration can really motivate others to a remarkable degree for time being. and it is lovely for timid ppl like me to see how them dealing with life’s ups and downs, and finally make themselves into the high income bracket. For example, particularly, Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Brother Rich Sister, and Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Optimistic spirit. Big heart. and courageous attitude. The way we should keep to welcome the unexpected. Flexible approach is rewarding. and the explorations that makes life much more special.

Anyway, some petty things happen that make the corner of my lips curling up into a smile :)

First, my application to extend my internship has been approved !

Second, receive a recognition that totally surprised myself !

A new romance is always a delicate thing. She finds herself dwelling on the good times. People say beauty is in the eye of beholder. How she like the way you taking care of her like a vulnerable piece of art. She is always great at weaving tales and dreaming up one awesome idea after another. But its past time for her to give them the confidence they deserve. She wants every tiny detail is performed to her precise standard. A partnership that can teach her communication, patience, and generosity.

Perhaps a recent coincidence doesn't hold any real significance.

All the energies inside me are different today. I am having conflicted feeling. I know we should look up into the deep causes underlying the big issues that confronted instead of coming up with some superficial answers that I would like to blind myself to let my guts getting stronger and smarter than my mind. Dun worry, I am ordinarily pretty impulsive and positive, just that I'd run into obstacles, not literally, but more to emotional roadblock.

Whatever it is, it is tugging my sleeves trying to tell me sth.

Enjoy ur weekend ppl. I have a fruitful and wonderful Friday. Attended a technical sharing with all assembly engineers. Interesting topics are introduced such as FTIR and Raman Spectroscopy for Failure Analysis. and a wonderful evening playing badminton and table tennis :) and of course, a beautiful saturday to catch up with the dearest :)

我确实久违了这样的夜晚，静静的，舒服的，好好的，整理思绪，把心情转化成文字。

最近的我把每天两小时的开车行程当成了减压的运动。一个人操控着驾驶盘和速度，感觉真的很自由很放松。

最近的我不是苦苦等待考试的歹命书生。考试的日期如果靠得太密，两条眉会被烧光。如果分得太远，又显得拖泥带水。

有时候，歌曲总代表着某些意义。当好久突然再聆听当时曾经代表或属于着某些人事物的曲子，锋利的回忆会不小心再忆起。无论是甜的苦的，都很回味 :)

只可惜，景物依旧，人事已非。

welcome back to BA after weeks of training at US.

lecturer is visiting tomorrow afternoon. But the feeling is not dominating. I am supposed to feel a little hyped up or swept down by nervous but NOT. Its week9 of industrial training. I am gaining the growing understanding of situation. The strange feeling is back, and I am itch for movement. Things are really cooking and I am on a roll and pretty enjoying the momentum and GET A RIDE though at times I feel sorry for myself for losing faith on myself at one point. I have been wishing for something, and I am on my way to get it.

All ppl, dream, but not equally.

Those who dream by night at dusty recesses of their mind wake in the day to find it was vanity. But dreamers of the day are dangerous ppl, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.

So is that reality or dream in Inception, the movie? Anyway, I will still believe that whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion, will one day become reality. Because, whatever you believe with feeling, becomes your reality.

Christopher Nolan is indeed a good film director that never fail to surprise me with his well-directed movies. The Prestige, Batman Begin, The Dark Knight, Inception are all breathtaking movies that shake my heart.

At time I am wondering when would be the best time for myself. First of all, the rest of world is feeling as hyped up as me, at least for the time being. Going overboard is kind of my thing, after all, I enjoy having company. Its end of July in a blink of eye. Its time for a renewal of my philosophy, evaluating how I have changed this year. My personal energy is kept hypnotic as a firework display. But often I lost confident on myself. and when I lost faith on myself, I am expecting an increase in emotional intensity. I am trying my best to inject more confident especially brushing up my communication skill and stronger command of english to deliver more effective speech. After 10 weeks of working I have come through that language is a powerful tool. It shapes our perception and how others view us as an individual. I admire leaders with attractive, motivating, and knowledgeable speech and some of them are surprising me truly :)

Someone asked me what I wanna be in future. When we were kids, we were often being asked. I could still recall I was always proud to say I would like to be a bank worker when I'd grown up 15 years ago. When I started out high school, I started to get confused. And I'd chosen engineering. Today, when I am questioned by him. I told him I would like to be a successful person. Successful...quite abstract huh..to me successful means wonderful and also freedom. Freedom from worry, fear, frustration. That brings another words, strong financial ability. Success means winning admiration and respect. But out of all, successful means self-respect, where you always strive to earn the real happiness and satisfaction from life. That's most important to me :)

Its Q2 team building on tuesday. Have been indulging in rich food at Manhattan Fish Market and a movie after lunch completes the day. The best part of team building is holiday on tuesday and the bill all goes to company :)

farewell

I am wondering though I'd not breathed the word to you. I would go for it if it sounds refreshing rather than frightening. The solution to get rid of myself from this uncomfortable feeling has always dawned on me, but at times my heart is too weak. Happiness enables me to see and appreciate the little things in my life. and I absolutely adore romance, along with all the dreams, memories, and little nothing that comes along with it.

Attended FMEA work session and sharing. FMEA ( Failure Mode Effects Analysis) is methodology in product development to analyze potential reliability problems.
